PrincetonOne provides large national client with manageable staffing relationship

The Client
Newsouth Communications is a large telecommunication firm with offices throughout North America.

The Challenge
Newsouth Communications was facing the huge challenge of introducing two new products while also expanding their presence in their existing markets. They quickly needed to hire top talent to cover a wide geographic area.

The Solution
When word of Newsouth's staffing needs was out, they were immediately swamped with proposals from vendors all over the country. Fee structures were different based on vendor, location and other factors and it was proving difficult to keep track of the many recruiters. Newsouth quickly became overwhelmed and needed a professional staffing partner who could handle all of their staffing needs.

Realizing the situation Newsouth faced, two PrincetonOne recruiters who handled placements for the company in different regions, joined forces to present the PrincetonOne National Accounts Program. The program would enable Newsouth to work with only one recruiter who would, in turn, work with the entire PrincetonOne network to find and place candidates throughout North America. In addition, Newsouth could count on the same quality of candidates that had always been presented by PrincetonOne, and the hiring process would remain the same across the board.

Newsouth is now a PrincetonOne National Account and will rely on the professionalism and scope of the network to fill positions throughout the country as the company continues to grow.
