Michelle Gillin
Vice President - HirePursuit
As the vice president of PrincetonOne HirePursuit, Michelle
Gillin leads and supports the members of PrincetonOne's recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business line. Gillin joined PrincetonOne in 2005 as a crucial member of the sales
team in her role as global account manager. She was quickly promoted, and
assumed her current position in January of 2007.Gillin's extensive background in sales and management spans 15 years. Prior to joining PrincetonOne, she was a regional sales director for the $8.4 billion food services organization, Compass Group (North America). While with Compass Group, the region Gillin supervised grew by 200 percent. She also worked as a national account executive for information technology giant, Keane, Inc. for four years and was annually ranked in the top 10 sales representatives in the country. Before joining Keane, Inc., Gillin was a national sales director for Alternative Resources Corporation, Inc. in which she was responsible for direct sales on a national basis.
Gillin's recruitment background includes serving as recruiting manager for CREW Technical Services, where she handled all company-wide recruiting initiatives.
Gillin is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, Women in Business, the National Association of Sales Professionals and ToastMasters International. She also serves on the YWCA Board of Directors and the IPALCO Keystone Awards Selection Committee. In her spare time, Gillin volunteers for several non-profit organizations, including the Wheeler Mission Care Center and Special Olympics.
Gillin received a bachelor of arts degree in political science and English from Anderson University in Anderson, Ind.
