The client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of residential and commercial water heating equipment and one of the largest manufacturers of electrical motors for residential and commercial applications in North America . Headquartered in Milwaukee , Wisconsin , the company has manufacturing operations in the United States , Mexico , Canada , Europe and China and sales and distribution in more than 60 countries around the world.
The Challenge
The client needed a partner to create a customized recruiting solution to address specific concerns within the company’s current hiring process.
