InterPay provides payroll services and employee benefits solutions to small businesses across the country. Owned by Boston-based
Fleet Bank, InterPay has been in business for nearly 30 years.
The Challenge
Market changes and acquisitions created many new positions at InterPay. Because of all the personnel changes and paperwork
associated with the changes, InterPay's Human Resources Department was working beyond full capacity. InterPay was faced
with the problem of how to fill these critical new positions quickly and with top-notch sales people. They selected the PrincetonOne

The Solution
InterPay came to PrincetonOne in part, because of the company's office group network across North America. InterPay's positions

Initially, InterPay had retained PrincetonOne to source candidates for 15 payroll sales and benefit positions, thinking the figure was
reasonable considering the short time frame. However, due to Princeton's quick delivery of solid candidates, InterPay was able to
hire a total of 20 top-notch sales executives within the targeted 120 days, exceeding their goal and enabling them to begin sales in
targeted territories earlier than expected.
