Initially called Princeton Search Group, PrincetonOne was founded in 2002 when President/CEO Dave Campeas left his executive
position at Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI) to form a new recruitment and staffing organization. Campeas
acquired 12 MRI locations; all with over 30 years experience, and set out to build a company unique in its industry.
By 2005, PrincetonOne had experienced tremendous growth at a rate of 40 percent per year, and net revenue exceeding $22 million.
The company’s staff doubled from 125 to 250 professionals and was delivering recruitment solutions to over 600 clients.
The leadership team saw the potential to further grow the company by creating a single organization able to accommodate all hiring
needs. This vision became a reality in June 2006 when Princeton Search Group became PrincetonOne. In addition to the name
change, the company also expanded its range of services. Up until this time, the company’s services were limited to executive
search and recruitment process outsourcing. PrincetonOne now offers college recruitment, contract staffing and training and
development services. With a broadened set of capabilities PrincetonOne provides clients with a single source to turn for all
recruitment and retention needs.
Headquartered in Skillman, New Jersey, PrincetonOne is recognized as one of the 10 largest recruitment services firms in the U.S.
and one of the top 20 globally. With over 200 employees, PrincetonOne provides its clients with a cohesive strategy for recruiting,
retention, staffing assessment, training and organizational development.
