PrincetonOne Optimizes Recruitment Process of Industry Leader; Fulfills 654 Positions in Four Months


The Client
The client has an 80-year history of innovation and achievement with the broadest product portfolio in its industry. With headquarters in Denmark, the company employs over 30,000 employees in 79 countries, and markets its products in 179 countries.

The Challenge
Because it wanted to strengthen its position in the U.S. market, the company announced its plan to add 700 new employees to its team, going from a current group of 1,200 people to approximately 1,900.

The Solution
PrincetonOne immediately developed and implemented a customized talent acquisition solution for the client. Within a four-month period, 654 new hires were added to the company because of PrincetonOne’s efforts. Expecting to see a fill rate of 92 percent, the client was thrilled as PrincetonOne exceeded all expectations, filling 95 percent of the positions within the established timelines.

As always, PrincetonOne acted promptly to address challenges, thereby keeping the program on track and meeting all objectives. Below is a list of obstacles that were overcome:

Important information regarding what positions needed to be filled was received after the cut-off date, which affected PrincetonOne’s ability to source for candidates in the appropriate areas. Through the fast turnaround of the sourcing department, PrincetonOne was able to get candidates through in time for face-to-face interviews.

The client requested that PrincetonOne handle the scheduling, rather than going through an outside vendor. This required a quick ramp-up of the scheduling department. PrincetonOne successfully scheduled over 1,800 candidates for interviews.

Originally, candidate materials were to be transmitted to the hiring managers electronically. Instead, the client requested that PrincetonOne provide hard-copy candidate packets for each hiring manager. PrincetonOne was able to accommodate this need, and each packet was delivered on time as requested. Over 7,200 candidate packets were prepared throughout the duration of the project.

PrincetonOne’s preparedness and flexibility in multiple areas was essential to the success of the project and opened the door to future partnerships with the client.
