Dave Campeas
President / CEO

Dave Campeas is president and chief executive officer of PrincetonOne. He founded the company, initially called Princeton Search Group, in 2002. PrincetonOne is one of the largest recruitment services firms in the United States, providing talent solutions to address unmet recruitment and retention needs for clients on a global scale.

Campeas provides direction and leadership for the corporation to ensure its continued growth and achievement of strategic goals. With more than 20 years experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, he is a known thought leader and is quoted widely in national publications, including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Washington Post and other media.

Prior to incorporating PrincetonOne, Campeas served as vice president of company operations for Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI) for five years. He previously owned and operated an MRI franchise for 11 years.

Campeas received a bachelor of science degree in economics from Rutgers University, in addition to earning an advanced leadership development certificate.
