Emerging Company Successfully Launches Novel Product to U.S. Market Through Customized PrincetonOne Process

The Solution
Finding quality talent to be the face of this organization was extremely important since the company was new to the industry. To ensure
the right candidates were selected for interviews, PrincetonOne collaborated with the client to establish a candidate profile that would
screen candidates according to performance and cultural competencies that they deemed appropriate for not only the position, but
also the company. In addition, PrincetonOne team members conducted thorough phone interviews with candidates in order to present
only those who closely fit with what the client was seeking. PrincetonOne team members played an integral role in educating candidates
on the company and helping the client build their brand. PrincetonOne’s responsibilities extended far beyond the screening process, to
also include background and reference checks, medical checks, offer letters, interview and travel coordination, parking and expense
reimbursements.
Measurable Results
The project was successfully completed with results that exceeded the client’s expectations in numerous ways. HirePursuit screened
1,162 more candidates than was originally forecasted and the project was completed on time with a fill rate of 100 percent.

•Number of candidates assessed increased by 23 percent
•Fill rate increased from 90 percent to 100 percent
