Bill Kuntz
Vice President
Bill Kuntz is a vice president for PrincetonOne, joining the company in 2002 as general manager of the Indianapolis
office. Kuntz was previously a managing partner of the Indianapolis office for
Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI) for 15 years until the office
was acquired by PrincetonOne in 2002.Kuntz joined MRI in 1987 and quickly advanced from account executive and director of training to an assistant manager. He was promoted to lead the Indianapolis office in 1992. In his first year as general manager, the office won MRI's prestigious "National Office of the Year" award. This success has continued and the Indianapolis office has been recognized as "National Office of the Year" 10 times over the past 14 years.
The Indianapolis office has also won the "National Office of the Decade" award twice, most recently in March 2000 (awarded for decade of the 1990s) and in March of 1990 (the inaugural award for the decade of the 1980s).
Kuntz served in various roles while with MRI, including regional vice president, regional representative and a member of the Millennium Group. In March of 2002, he received the prestigious "MRI Alan R. Schonberg Person of the Year" award for his overall contributions to the organization. He was the eighth recipient of the award.
Kuntz is actively involved in his local community and church. He is currently president of the Indianapolis Archdiocesan Education Commission, a board member of the Catholic Youth Organization and was recently honored along with his wife, Martha, as a recipient of the 2007 "Spirit of Service" award given by Catholic Charities of Indianapolis.
Kuntz received a bachelor's degree from Butler University and a master's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
