Becky Gardner
Senior Director, Training and Development
As the senior director of training and development, Becky Gardner is responsible
for all activities pertaining to the training and development of PrincetonOne
team members. Gardner joined
PrincetonOne in 2003, prior to that she was the director of local market
business for Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI) based in Cleveland,
Ohio.Gardner has an extensive background in recruitment and training. During her eight years with MRI, she served in various roles including account executive, project manager and project coordinator. She earned "Pacesetter" status three years and received "Project Coordinator of the Year" honors. Before joining MRI, Gardner was a training coordinator with Group 5 Hospitality.
Gardner is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and the University of Iowa Alumni Association.
She received a bachelor of arts degree in English with an emphasis in education from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.
